How long does shipping take for new bike orders?
In-stock bikes typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery via our specialized freight carriers usually takes 7-10 business days.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 15-day return window for bikes in new, unused condition with less than 20 miles on the odometer. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply.
Can I ride my SUPER73 in the rain?
Our bikes are water-resistant (IP65 rated), meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, they should not be pressure washed or submerged in water.
Does my bike come with a warranty?
Yes, every new SUPER73 comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, battery, motor, and electronics against manufacturing defects.
